WHAT TO EXPECT

Get In Touch and Initial Phone Call

When you decide you are ready to start the process of maximizing your assets and get cash for your land you can submit a request for contact in our GET IN TOUCH page or you can reach out directly via email or phone. Then we will contact you! During our initial phone call we will discuss details about the property so please have information such as type of deed, access and easements, utilities on or accessible, and any other information that may be valuable.

Official Offer and Contract

Following our initial conversation we will take a closer look at your property and determine wether or not it fits our criteria. In a follow up conversation we will make a verbal offer followed by a formal written offer. All of our offers are cash offers. You will be emailed an electronic agreement outlining the details of our offer and closing details. After signing the agreement a copy will emailed to you and back to us so that we can begin the title period. We will be in touch and accessible to you as far as the closing date.

Title and Closing

After signing we will then open escrow at a local title company. The title company will run due diligence and collect necessary documents for closing. When the tile company has collected all necessary documents they will facilitate the closing. They will send a mobile notary to the comfort of your home or office and all funds will be transferred through the title company!
